A number of hiking trails are accessible year-round at Mount Sunapee, including the Summit Hiking Trail, the Lake Solitude Hiking Trail, and the Newbury Hiking Trail. The Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway

The Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway

Known as the SKR Greenway, this system is a 75-mile loop that connects the Sunapee, Kearsarge, and Ragged Mountains. The Greenway’s mission is to create and maintain a circle of trail corridors and conserved lands providing walkers with minimally-developed access to the mountains, lakes, vistas and historical sites of the Lake Sunapee Region. Mount Kearsarge

Mount Kearsarge

There are four trails to access Mount Kearsarge in the Rollins and Winslow State Parks varying in length and intensity - the Winslow, Barlow, Rollins, and Lincoln Trails. The picnic area yields outstanding views of the White Mountains to the north and the taller of the southern and central Vermont peaks. The park closes for the winter and reopens in the spring, weather permitting.
